Oh, that's great! I've been in a minor quandry of late because I don't like fur -- particularly from animals I don't eat -- and it seems all formal sporans are furry. I'll have to see... Hmm... come to think of it, I have a stuffed pikachu sitting around somewhere....

Have used a hot water bottle twice, both at New year in Edinburgh, once filled with.....................hot water, the other time with with wodka coke

When my girls were (much) younger, they often wore Winnie the Pooh clothing (with the embroidery, naturally).

I could never resist telling them they had pooh on their clothes. (sigh) I do miss those days...

I never thought of making a sporran out of a stuffed toy before. I did make a fur coat from Furbies once...
