At the Triad Highland Games a couple of weeks ago there was a vendor called "Highland Bears and More". They had some of this type of thing, they may be on the web if you search.

With this kind of jewelry it's always great to buy in person rather than on line if you can help it. Reason is you never know the coloration of the "gem" you'll be getting.

I'll order a celtic brooch one time and the gem will be a nice tortoise shell green/blue pattern. I'll order the exact same peice the next time and the gem will be mostly red. Each one is unique, so if the color is important to you (say you plan on wearing it with a particular tartan), it's always best to see it first.

Oh man. I just posted on another thread that I like ususual kilt pins and now this comes up. Arghhh. But they are reasonably priced.
