Still waiting and hoping for a custom kilt ordered in the first week in June. They were nice enough to send me loaner kilt for my vacation. They offered a refund but that is not what I want. I will wait.

They were very quick with my material order. They provided the tartan for my trews. Which turned out wonderful.
Cheers

Looks to me like they're trying to work on the customer service end of things...
From their (updated) website:
>Due to the growth we have experienced over the last 4 months, we will be bringing on a customer support person to take calls, answer emails, and help you make sure you get what you need.* See our contact page for more information.<
Perhaps they're turning the corner...

I hope so, because I really want to order a kilt from them, but would rather not participate in the sort of horror stories that have been posted around here.

Yup... Mrs. Mark is now helping out. Sent an email today, got a detailed response a couple of hours later. Things are definitely looking better!

They made a custom 16 0z wool kilt in a day and sent it out.
That's fast, suspiciously fast. Machine sewn or not, thats fast, off the rack fast.

Well, I sent an e-mail last night, and got a reply from them at 5:00 AM (Pacific time, but still…). There seems to have been a slight misplacement of my tartan choices and waist size; however, all shall be corrected.
I am glad that Frugal Corner is getting on the ball with regards to customer service. It would indeed be unfortunate if I couldn't buy from them anymore. Great prices, great quality (or so I've heard), and we shall soon find out about the customer service…

YEA!. So maybe I will order another one from them. I told my friends to check out their website. In order to see if they put anything new up. I am trying to get them to join Xmarks.

Any update on this? I'd like to see pics if possible and know how the quality turned out. Thanks!
