I remember once using duct tape to hold up the left side of a poorly sewn new kilt, just so I could show off the pleating.......

Duct tape works for everything - - - - except ducts!

Hey, SLUFs! You guys have a Warthog base there in Tennesee? My home in Tucson is also home to Davis Monthan Air Force base, the main southwestern base for them. There's hardly a time of day you can't look up and see a pair of 'em patrolling the skies. We refer to 'em as "the sound of Freedom."

Whenever we would stay in Tucson, we used to stay at a Holiday Inn down on Palo Verde near D-M. We could watch the warthogs doing training all day long.

My cousin, who used to fly A-7's for the Iowa Air National Guard, spent a good deal of time at D-M.

    Cheers,

    Todd

    Love the A-10 pix.
My dad was an engineer on that project, at Fairchild.
I can see the buildings they were built in from my office.

Duct tape is Like the Force: It has a dark side and a light side, and it holds the universe together.

For my money, not airframe shoutsd WARBIRD! like the P-51.
