I usually ask if the perpetrator (eejit) is into looking at men's genitalia or something to that effect. They generally quit at that point.
If they don't, you just ask them if they're looking for a date.

I have been know to turn and start walking towards the person. Don't know what would happen next, nobody's ever stayed. Gotta stop doing that, I'm pretty sure I'm not fast enough to carry it through. But I did catch myself doing that a few months ago. Never really had anyone so blatant as that so, as usual, play it by ear. Walking away is good.
