translate please

I have come across this posted on an Irishman's profile in another forum to which I belong: "Táo qì Huài Lù Gou"

Could anybody give me a translation. If it's obscene, just pm me, lol.

It's definitely not Irish, it looks like Vietnamese maybe. The letter Q doesn't exist in Irish, nor does the grave accent.

Táo qì Huài Lù Gou looks like a name to me rather than a phrase. Perhaps Chinese or Taiwanese?
