I spent a few years living in Vancouver and Victoria and would love to move back out there. All I need to do is win a lottery to be able to afford the housing prices in either city. Sheesh, the prices are ridiculous compared to Winnipeg. I've got no mortgage left on my condo and even selling it I couldn't afford to buy in either city...
