I believe it was a supreme court ruling so it would be all of Canada. That being said I have yet to see any women exercizing her equal rights (then again don't all Canadians live in igloos and snowshoe to the beer store?). Certainly not a rampant problem that some said it would be. There must also have been an ammendmant preventing those same said women from giving me a kilt check .
