    Mocho in mexico is also something thats missing a part, for example a chair with a broken leg we say, tiene la pata mocha, also a mocho is someone who is missing a limb

    Maybe what they are really trying to sell is a skirt, not a kilt and it is mocha because it is missing the apron in the front.... hmmmmm...... these deep questions, how can the universe possibly continue?
