Neat-o Pleats
Ok, here is my question.
I've seen here, and on other sites, pictures of guys with kilts that have a differing, often contrasting fabric inside the pleats. Now, I also recall someone specifically making these kilts.
My question is: could someone either point me to the maker of said style of kilts, or assist in helping me make one of my own?
