    Rocky, I like it and would buy it but... I have all of that general style that I want at this time. My next buckle will probably be Native American and would require a belt from CavScout

    To be honest, I think it's gorgeous and I would't hesitate to drop 40 bones for it; I am a very thrifty scot so that means a lot.

    It does remind me of the Seaforth Highlanders a bit. The fact that the stag has a beard is just another plus! A good conversation starter!

    I think its a very cool buckle probably well worth $40 just not for me - but I am a notorious cheap skate!

    It's entirely OK

    It's fine. It neither knocks me off my feet nor engenders feelings of revulsion. I doubt that I would buy it. There just comes a point when one has enough---more than enough---accessories.

    I am sure there are those who would like it, that there is a market for it.

    It's a lovely buckle but not my cup of tea. I would buy a similar buckle in that price range with that amount of detail. For me, the stag, no.
