Congrats on the new kilt, the first one is always special. Enjoy and be prepared for the addiction to take full effect.

1st Kilt
Way to go Rogerson785
Welcome to the addiction. The Black Watch is a great kilt and from SWK no less. I got one just before Christmas and wore to all of our holiday parties along with my MacLaren. In deed wear it with pride! Make sure it fits properly before you take out those basting stitches. Mine will need to be hemmed, but I'm a short guy.

I would have thought someone would have answered this by now, sorry.
Yes they do it's one row, and the kilt comes folded in half after being slipped into a plastic bag. Hope that makes sense.

Congratulations on your purchase. Too bad about the sgian dubh, but maybe it can hold an edge and look decent peeking out from the sock.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

Congratulations on your first kilt. If it fits, carefully remove the basting stitches, and wear in your home to practice sitting and getting up in a kilt. You will attract a lot of positive attention kilted from the young ladies. I do as a very old man, much to the surprise of the younger trousered men.
