    My hang up isn't the difference between cut or shape. It's what the word 'Transvestite' actually means.


    As for a kilted skirt, if it's got good, deep pleats it's possible to convert it into a men's kilt.
    If it doesn't have them it's not going to hang right and it's not worth the time.
