Thanks! Not sure what it was, and I'm no photographer, but I try to do new things, new angles, etc. That mime one just seemed like it would turn out good. (however I know some people aren't too fond of mimes...sorry)

I really like the sign post shot with Durham Cathedral but the one that is really scarry is the blue or purple guy

That purple guy is a bit of a landmark in York, I dont think I've been to your and not seen him there!

Actuall Mr. Bill....the photo w/ the sign post is of York Minster, as well as the interior shots....the purple street performer...yea, he was a bit wierd. He was on the streets everyday, same spot.

When I was a callow youth of 12 I had the inestimable privilege of attending a live performance of Marcel Marceau. Somehow I managed to appreciate it without understanding it. Ever since, every photo of a mime reminds me both of the glory of Marceau's performance and of the lesser quality of his successors', so I am intensely ambivalent about such photos.
