I had no trouble with the pics opening on the Home Page, a bit slow though; at the bottom of that page is the 'Tour" and other videos to click onto.

Buy from one of our reputable vendors who advertise here on xmts. You will be glad you did.

That's the kind of Web site you hope no one will find. At least until you fix all the errors, that is.

I agree with O'Neille - if you're looking for a reputable vendor for kilts and kilt-related accessories, we are fortunate to have some of the best advertising right here on X Marks. We hope you will remember to support those that support this forum.

I agree the advertisers here are the best options for a great experience. They have proven themselves to the members here time and again.

There are several small "shops" owned by fellow Members doing custom work "on the side" of their day jobs. At least do a search on the forum for a vendor/member to read the experience of other members.

I must be honest I'm troubled by the FC site. I wish these guys well but hearing the all too common troubles with their customer service it seems to me that they are focusing on the wrong side of the business. If I was waiting for them to return a phone call I certainly wouldn't feel better knowing they were working a new web site rather than addressing my issue.

I do like the fact they have a brick and mortar . . . since it isn't all that far away from me.

I may wander in for the grand opening (or sometime that weekend) to see what they have in stock . . .

Nice website, but as Chef pointed out, they should be working on other stuff first.

From all of the complaints with their customer service I think anyone seeking a kilt by them should contact one of the rabble near their shop to make the purchase for them. At least then a person would at least get a response to questions.
