    I believe it's a common feature on most tanks. For instance, it doesn't happen on the SWK heavyweights, which leads to the infamous "SWK pillow butt."

    Yes---the pleats are cut out at the rear, above the fell.

    Quick question: If my normal traditional kilt length is 22 inches (21 plus 2 inch rise), would the 24 inch WPG Gordon military kilt fit me? Thanks.

    Sure, just hike up the kilt a little and put the belt a little lower on the kilt than usual. Wear your belt at the same place you always do. Remember that this is a copy of a traditional military kilt and it wears higher than you may be used to.
