Well, I am on my way to making a skunk sporran! I just won a hide on ebay and I plan to make a full face sporran. Here is a picture of the hide.

My late hubby made a skunk sporran once, only he put "eyes" on it..really funny. I sold it after he died.
good job. I wouldn't have thought to use brown horsehair tassels with skunk fur but it works well.
Wasn't my first choice believe me. Brown was all they had and the pelt is a bit on the brownish side in daylight anyway.
