I guess cavscout could probably make some sort of 750 ml holder, but it would need adjustable straps because the whisky bottles have different shapes and you wouldn't want to be limited to just one type of single malt.
Of course there would be those unsatisfied with a cross draw rig, or even those that would want a fancy two bottle set up with emergency back up flasks in each boot and a small cask slung across the back.

Hmmph...no concession for us lefties at all. Stocking knife worn on the outer part of right leg indeed! Thank God we don't live in those oppressive times.

Or a specially designed bandolier so that one could carry many varieties.
