It was great to get together with the gang for such a pleasant afternoon.
Here is an interesting article from the SF Gate (The San Francisco Chronicle's online identity) about Absinthe and the St. George Distillery

The single malt is quite nice. A bit of a bourbon flavor. Quite smooth and very drinkable for the price. As I recall, it was $45 for a typical 750 ml bottle.
