Hey Gypsy, cool, some folks don't check email often....think it was about not knowing what cemetery the grave is in...appreciate the offer of assistance though...
And for those scratching their heads...no...is/was not a loved one....

Smaughazard, I'm so grateful you posted those particular pictures. That was my introduction to Albannach and since, have ordered their DVD because of your pictures. Have you thought about sending copies to the group. The rocks and trees were especially effective in your shots. There is nothing on their website that even comes close to your pictures of the group. Thanks again!

Ron,
I'm stocking up lots of iced tea in case you come up with the grave site. (Sorry Gents) It's only for me and the 'Madhatter' to understand.

Alright, highlander Daz, I now know what the singular & plural are for Albannach. Please fill free to enlighten me a bit further by explaining what Albannach means. Now I'm curious.

it litrally means "Scotland man" a man from Scotland but its singular as in 1 man , because there are more than one of them "Albannaigh" would be more appropriate as its the plural of "Albannach" the feminine is "bàn-Albannach" which is correct as there is only one lass in the band !! someone from Doon south a "saxon man" is a "Sasannach" this can refer to some one from England or a lowland Scot.

AHHHH. Now I see. And I understand the singular/plural debate. The plural would seem more descriptive, but they are Scottish, and must have their reasons. For my money they can call themselves anything they want to. Just as long as they play those drums wildly with such passion, and fling those self belted kilts with abandon. Oh my my, I feel the vapors coming on..........
