Actually no, I haven't been to many fests out east except GA when I lived there a few years back. My home ren fest is MNRF, but we're looking to move soon and will be calling the Arizona one our home fest.
I also post on a ren fest board which currently is having issues www.renaissancefestival.com. My name there is Lord Figaro. I however grew up out east. So anything is possible.
