Hi Scotty and welcome. Click the Scotweb link at the top right corner of this page and it takes you to a 10% discount for X-Marks members. Find their page for kids kilts and look for the MacGregor Hunting Modern Tartan 11oz Batli option at £58.56 (with X-Marks discount).
Might be a bit more than your £40 tops but it's a last resort if you can't find anything else.
