So I'm just about ready to head out for our Santa Claus parade and not only is it sub-zero temperatures out there, but there is a full-blown blizzard a blow'en out there. We have 2 or 3 pipe bands participating most years so I'm hoping they find some method of layering under their kilts. What's the protocol for these situations? I sure wouldn't want to be those guys and gals. More than rosie cheeks out there today!
