I've always thought this was a great, contemporary look:
If I had occasion (and $$$) to wear "business attire" more often....

He mentioned to me at the Stone Mt. Highland Games in October that this was in the offing. I wish him well - He has been eager to hang out his own shingle.

More men may wear kilts.

Many thanks for the info Hamish. I, and others in my social group, will be in Edinburgh this coming weekend for the ceilidh in the Assembly Rooms, so I shall be sure to call in Howie's new shop.

It might be an idea to call him first Alan, to be sure the shop is open. Last time I spoke with Howie, he was wielding a paint brush at the top of a step ladder! Be sure to give us a report of the new set-up ...... we are agog!
At least he is not now so far from the Assembly Rooms - just around the corner, in fact!
I doubt I will be there before I'm in town for The Gathering in July, by which time I hope he will be well-and-truly settled in.
Take care,
Ham.

Having five, I am very much in favour of Howie's TFCK kilt suits! Here are three of them:
Navy blue pin-stripe -
Grey worsted pin-stripe -
and a gorgeous country tweed -
Take care,
Ham.

Ham,
Bad man!
A pin stripe TCK kilt suit is really beyond my means, but perhaps someday.
In any case I'm sure Howie would be delighted to see them worn so well!
Cheers
