    Welcome.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Hello and a warm Celtic from Boston, Massachusetts.
For kooler kilted komfort, Check out the USA Kilts Casual, or a Sport Kilt. Both are Polyviscous material and look great whilst being a little lighter. The USAK Casual is a made to measure quality product, that is great for the warmer days out and about. The Sport Kilt is an off the peg kilt with an elastic in the waistband to allow some give and take, which I enjoy while participating in activities at the Highland Games. (Caber Toss). Both are Velcro closure, and easy to adjust.
I find my UK Basic to be good in the Spring and Fall, but a bit too toasty for deep Summer wear. A UK Spartan is also good for athletics, but not as great out and about.

Ummm having lived in Arizona for the last 36 years can tell you that anything over 108F is gonna be hot...even going starkers won't make things cooler.

Guessing you have a UK Workman's or Survival II since there's no way a UK Original is gonna be too hot.

There are some budding kiltmakers on this board that may be willing to sew you up a kilt from ripstop - if that is physically possible.

I find my Sports kilt to be real comfortable in the summer with temps over 100 but as Ron said when it gets that hot the only real comfort is in the lake (Pool) or air conditioning.
