Nice! There's a resident UW Utilikilter that I see from time to time. Also a non-event.

Shaved head perchance? If so, I saw him once as well, when I was headed to downtown Seattle on Roosevelt Way. Was back in '05, tho. The year prior, I saw someone in full traditional kit walking along NE 47th ST, at the 11th Ave NE intersection. Didn't recognize the tartan, though.

No, he has long hair. He looks like the guy that didn't make it into the Wicked Tinkers. He's got the whole "tribal meets Scottish meets Viking" thing going on. I've only seen him in a solid color UK, and only very recently. I didn't even see him last quarter, just twice in the last week.
