Actually, the first organization is the Brotherhood of St. Andrew, which is a men's lay society for the Episcopal Church of the USA. It has little connection to any Scottish heritage, although the Episcopal Church certainly does.
All of these other organizations, whilst sharing the same name as a St. Andrew's society, are different types of groups.
