It's a fine looking kilt. And as much as it pains me to say so, being ex-Navy myself, I prefer the Marine tartan.

But that's no surprise. The dang Marines always get the sharp outfits!

Great looking Kilt! (of course as an old "Tin Can " sailor, I might be just a wee bit prejudiced.

Nice.... I really love the tartan. Now, if I was going to accumulate dozens of kilts, this would be one of them.

    Enjoy.

I'd like to get one of each of the branches of the military! They all are good looking tartans.
But I think the next will have to be between the Army or the Air force being I'm an AF brat and going in the Air Nat. Guard this summer. I might have to do the USAF Res. band tartan....hmmmmm.

    I'll have to agree.

I found that to be a great side-affect of my being in the Corps.

There's no question that the Marine's dress uniform looks sharp, but I'm still partial to the 13 button trousers and jumper Navy dress uniform.

In fact, the only bad thing about makin' Chief was trading in my Cracker Jacks for something that looked more like a bus drivers uniform...

I agree that the Cracker Jack is a classic uniform. I still have mine hanging in the closet even though I have the same "problem" you do, made Chief in '04. On the flip side you got to add the Choker White which is the white bread version of the Marines Dress Blue.
