Are you wearing your belt tighter?

I can't seem to force the SWK belt to change size, but it seems related to the liner.

Is this pain happening after you sit for a while, or are you saying that just putting the kilt on is causing this? I'm not understanding something about this.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

With help of the rabble, I figured it as this: when not regimental, after going about my affairs, I failed to make sure the liner had cleared the undergarment, where it got bunched up and pressed in, and over a bit of time, caused pain, but did it gently enough that I didn't feel it until it had been at it for a while.
