5 kilts in 3 weeks

I will not be able to complete all of the kilts. There was a family emergency this weekend, and it kept us busy all weekend. It will keep us busy all week as well. The circumstances are unfortunate.

I did get the liner put in my step-brothers. All that's left on his is to sew the waistband on the inside, and attach the buckles.

I got my step-dad's all finished on the machine. Just need to get a stabilizer in it, attach the liner, sew the waistband inside and attach the buckles.

One of the good things in DIY is you can work with your own pace and time available.

Hi folks. I got the two guys' kilts almost done. They had one strap on the outer apron and both had velcro attached pretty poorly to the inner apron. They both enjoyed wearing them at the festival, and they kilts are back on my table to be finished up.

I'll get some pictures later today of them wearing the kilts, and hopefully in the next few days or weeks, some pictures of the construction.

In the meantime, I had this waiting for me on Friday.
