I don't even own a cowboy hat. It started out as a joke originally. Normally, I wouldn't wear a cowboy hat indoors, outdoors, under cars or on Mars. But, when you work in a nightclub and the night is crazy already, sometimes it's just fun to throw caution (and common fashion sense) to the wind.

Most of my staff now is used to seeing me in a kilt. In fact, I won't even consider it as a costume for Halloween this year 1. Because it's NOT a costume and 2. Because it would have no value as a costume to begin with. Needless to say, Wednesdays at my club are "Ladies Night" so the reason for me wearing the kilt is two-fold. The patrons like it...maybe a little too much sometimes....

Currently, I'm rotating my kilts each week. Thinking next week I'll wear the solid green one. I am thinking I might need me another sporran to keep the Wednesday night outfits "fresh". I also need to find some shirts with a bit more cloro that would match my tartans. Any suggestions? I'm pretty fond of henleys since they're not too dressy or too casual.

More pics coming each week. I'm still wondering where my bikini contest pic got moved to. Thinkin' maybe off the pages altogether....

Traditonally (and classically) that thought should hold true here as well. I've noticed from my years of living in Texas that the "true" cowboys (ranchers, etc.) follow that rule to a tee: never wear a hat indoors and always tip your hat to the ladies.

But as generations follow, the rules tend to fall by the wayside as well....same goes for kilts to I've noticed....
