Actually... yeah. I can't really explain it, but I'm definitely standing and sitting straighter.

Our head artist here (the guy in charge of logos/branding/creative design/etc) is of Scottish ancestry, and he was so stoked he demanded I show him where I got it... and it turns out Jerry has a Standard in this guy's tartan. He mentioned he was going to run it by the wife to see if she thought he was crazy for wanting one (I encouraged him to get it anyway), while chattering excitedly about running around kilted together like highland warriors terrorizing people!

Sadly, no. Not yet. One coworker took a photo with his phone, but I didn't think to ask him to email it to me.

Congratulations!
As a kilt-wearer over here in Akron [Ohio], it is good to see the warm reception that kilts usually get. I'm usually kilted when doing anything in the Akron, Cleveland, Columbus area.
Once in a while I run into a culture gap... and hear the young kids sniggering, but you get used that real quick.
Unless I'm at some sort of "themed" event, I try to wear a tartan kilt over one of the solids. Helps a bunch.

And as I walk by I say to my wife "You would never see my wear something like that." Just loud enough for the young kids to hear and then it's my turn to snigger.

Great to hear you had a good experience. I live in Delaware OH and have been wearing my kilts a lot this summer, especially after finding Xmarks. I will also be going to the Dublin Irish festival on Saturday. If my new Stillwater Irish national
economy comes in tomorrow I will be wearing it.Otherwise I will probable wear my Stillwater Leatherneck Standard. I will keep an eye out for you and hope to see you.
