Only about every 20 years when a huricane gets TOO close, I lost two quarter horses in a flash flood when the last one deystroyed Kauai.

And the winter is too long... What about two weeks in Febuary it drops to the 60's? Man it was hard living at Pearl Harbor for those two years...lol

I live on the Windward side up against the Koolau mountains, so we get about a full month of 60 degree winter.
