So let me see if I have this right. I don't need any kind of bat or ball and padding is not advised? Or should I have padding and a helmet just to be on the safe side?

    Regards

    Chas

I suppose the use of padding and a helmet all depends on whom you're playing against. I always tried to stick to the more friendly games, where such wasn't necessary.

Depends on the cards and the condition, you may be able to sell them for a small fortune. Probably enough to get yourself a new kilt.

I was thinking the same thing. I've got some earlier cards, some of which were in pretty good condition. I need to dig them up and see what I can get for them.

I used to play a black and blue deck. I called it my Deck of Infernal Bruising.

Blue was my main color. I used some black on occassion to support it. Never had a clever name for it, though. I had a pure black deck that was really devastating (based on land destruction and recyclable creatures), but my favorite decks were the blue ones that weren't competitive at all. They were designed just to make other people's lives miserable. The games were much more fun that way.

I either played with a goblin deck or a vampire deck.

Well that settles it then! I am going to find them! I did take them to a sort of card pawn store when I was in high school (close to 10 yrs ago) and there was one card that the guy said he would give me $15 bucks for... It was probably worth more than that...

No, I didn't sell them to him, I kept them because I figured that I was getting a raw deal...
