In fact, Panache, I think you look just fine in the above outfit.
If someone wants to wear a sporran with their Utilikilt, well, they're not hurting anybody, they should wear it. Ditto for flat caps, white hose and anything else including rubber chickens, helmets with ravens on them, leopard print ties and signs that say "do not hump".

If for some reason you did need a pouch for additional storage I would suggest getting a utilitarian fanny pack...
...or perhaps an SWK Nightstalker nylon cargo sporran--which is kind of a utility/fanny pack-ish sporran.

I sometimes wear a sporran with my black leather RKilt just to add the menacing black leather and chrome. I'll also occasionally wear a sporran with my 6 pocket camo FK. I always have a sporran on my camo paintball kilt which has slash pockets. Just adds another (although really unneccisary) level of protection from well aimed paintballs. Then again it's attached with the MOLLE system so takes a while to unweave the straps.
