As one who knows part of how hard you've worked for the community, I must say thank you for all you've done for the forum. From your work as a moderator and Forum Manager to the creation of the good ship Saltire you have always remained an good example for the members and staff alike, enjoy your retirement my friend.

My personal thanks for your work and consideration. I have always found you to be a fair and kind gentleman upon whom the rest of the rabble could count for wise counsel and good leadership.

We shall miss your presence as a mod, but I trust that you will always be around to comment, cajole, entertain, and impress.

I'm not sure that less moderation is the best of ideas since the mods have done an excellent job in keeping the peace and sheltering us from the visicitudes of the barbarians, but we shall see.

It's always sad when someone steps down and it's of course understandable that you need some more time for other things after all the hours and hard work you have put in Jamie.
