I absolutely love this idea. I don't know exactly when business casual turned into business casualty, but someone's got to reverse the trend. Good thinking!

You might want to consider a foil liner in that cap to block out unwanted signals from MacBug and his minions.

I thought I was one of your minions...
Besides, I read somewhere that the foil hat actually focused the signals into the brain.

Congratulations, great finds.
For Jock's sake, just don't put the flat cap and kilt in the same closet becasue if they spend too much time getting to know one another they just might want to be seen out in public together.

NOW YOU'VE BLOWN IT. He may not put the foil there after all- and my tartransponder ray doesn't have the range it used to...
I'm hoping for some new berlithium or unobtainium crystals in my Christmas stocking.
which is white, of course, with little flat caps and ghillie brogues embroidered all over it.

Which only begs the question:
Is it acceptable, Jock Scot, to wear a flat cap with plus fours in Scotland?
I have accepted that wearing plus fours with a kilt is a no-no in Scotland.

I am not sure you can see this Ted, but this is a picture of me dressed in the way that you suggest-----plus fours and flat cap which is perfectly acceptable for many here. ![Very Happy](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

No, I can't see the picture, Jock; however, my mind is full of pictures of the days of yore, when the knee breeches, all in tweed or the like, and flat caps were worn regularly. I always appreciated that style.
Glad something like that is still around.
