The crystals cause me much grief. As a lad working in the mine there were tons and tons of crystals. Saved a few for decoration. But now, walk in to a new age store in Sedona and check the crystal prices and I kick myself. Heck, the mine owners could have made a LOT of money mining the crystals as well as the gold and silver. The mine is still there, but now closed as an environmental hazard. Don't know if the government would let folks in to mine the crystals.
The petroglyph panel is more than just ancient art. It also has a solar calendar that marks the solstice, planting times, et.al. Pretty cool guys them ancients.
