Nice pics, makes me rethink my "no leather kilts" rule. Might be just the think for my next kilt.

Seems like a leather kilt is perfect for Seattle Barry. Water just beads up and rolls off. A perfect foul weather kilt.

Wow, Ron! That's awesome! I have never before seen a leather kilt that I like- I would buy one for myself if I could afford it. (Oh, and the scenery is great, too!)

Affordability is made possible for some by Robert's two payment plan. Man - its worth it!

A beautiful backdrop for a very fine kilt, as always.
Which loch is that, by the way?

Okay, a brief bit of sun came out just before the current inbound snow storm and I was able to get at least a pleat shot in the sun.

Picture is after sitting on the leather pleats for two hours at a friend's 80th birthday party at our little town's Senior Center.

Decided to take a hike so maybe I might live so long too.

How long did it take for you to get your kilt after Robert shipped it. Apparently mine is still sitting in customs. Also did they charge you any duty for it?

Robert mailed the kilt on a Monday, it was in the U.S. by that Thursday, and at my post office for pick up the following Wednesday. So counting the day it was mailed ten days.

There was a U.S. Postal holiday - President's Day during that time span.

Robert's shipped me another kilt twice (in for "expansion") besides this one, and I've ordered three Freedom Kilts from Canada and the shipping time always seems to be about ten days or less....think I remember some speedy Freedom Kilt shipments - but of course they're closer to Arizona.

I do live in a very remote location where its 135 miles to the nearest town of size and its 280 miles to Phoenix, the nearest postal distribution point. So may take a bit longer for me.

I've never had a kilt from Canada not slide through Customs for both countries and have never had to pay a customs fee for delivery. Never had to prove the leather came from a Mad Cow Disease Free cow...

Hope that helps and all goes smooth with your RKilt.
