Tartan Tess. The tartan is Brithwe Dewi Sant (St Davids Tartan). I bought it many years ago ex hire off the Welsh Tartan Centre.
Re the poster ... the wife used to sing quite a bit with Fairport Convention and from that got to support RT on a few gigs when we were doing a duo thing. He is a really nice guy.
