Is there a problem at Alexis Malcolm's Kilts?

I have a couple things coming, hopefully this week.

The wait isn't a big issue, I have a sporran in "works" that won't even be started until June but the maker was up front. The issue I had was the feeling of being blown off for more inprtant orders. Again as long the business is upfront that they are working on a major order it's all good. The not answering the phone and not responding to voice mail irks me.

Hoping that is all behind I am looking forward to getting these in. One cap pin with my rank (Sea Bee black) and a Navy kilt pin.

I know how irritating it is to have trouble reaching people by phone sometimes & even more irritating to feel as though your business isn't important to those same people I hope all ends well & you post some pics after your goodies arrive
