Re: Jewelry and accessories
Right now (9:33 pm) a gold signet ring and a 40 year old Rolex submariner I bought while sojourning in Singapore; earlier today: the signet ring and a gold dress watch with black leather strap. I have two pocket watches, one silver from 1886 and the other gold from 1910; both are worn sort of indiscriminately if I'm wearing a waistcoat. Other than that-- no jewelry! I don't consider cufflinks jewelry any more than I'd consider shirt studs jewelry, although I wear both as and when my shirts require same.

I wasn't thinking of the chain on my pocket watch as jewelry, but I don't always wear it visibly, either...

Re: Jewelry and accessories
I like jewelry, but I don't wear it as much as I did before I retired. I wear a wedding band (I have three with the same wife, marking significant anniversaries - her idea), and I frequently wear another ring, usually a small gold ring with an oval piece of lapis lazuli, or a heavier gold claddagh ring. I do often wear a necklace, but I seem to pick one of my Celtic pendants, and ignore the others. I will sonetimes add a bracelet, but usually only when I am bored waiting for my wife to finish dressing. I do consider cufflinks and studs to be jewelry, and I do wear them when wearing a shirt that requires them.

Re: Jewelry and accessories
I'm almost always wearing a claddagh ring, though sometimes I might switch it for a school ring if I'm feeling academic. When I'm wearing a waistcoat, I'll often add one of the pocket watches that my dad gave to me. Around my neck, I alternate between a Saint Christopher's medallion (patron of traveller's) or a round piece of jade (good luck and safety, according to Chinese tradition).
Generally speaking, I like my jewellery to be meaningful...

I have a gold colored angel coin that someone gave me during a very disturbing event in my life. I rigged up a plastid covered wire wrap around the outside edges with a loop to put it on a necklace or use as a kilt pin or that type of ornament. It's not often that I wear it, and somewhat as a reminder. I have one other necklace that I wear in the same infrequent way, and for similar reasons.
I used to carry them with me in my pocket or my pack all the time at first, though.

Re: Jewelry and accessories
On a daily basis, the only jewelry, etc. I wear these days is a gold Seiko which my grandmother gave me as a high school graduation gift.
I used to wear my grandfather's gold university ring, third finger right hand, as well (we both graduated from the same school and both received a BS degree - his in business, mine in computer science. I had my initials and grad year engraved inside next to his initials.) It's a little too much for where I work at the moment.
When piping, I substitute a silver Celtic cross ring for my grandfather's.
Occasionally, I'll wear my high school class ring (I had it resized several years ago), if I feel nostalgic, or will be doing something in connection with the school.
I've also been known to wear a pocketwatch when wearing a waistcoat, but I still don't feel completely comfortable doing it. It's not something I grew up seeing much at all. (My grandfather, on very special occasions, might have worn one. My father wore/wears very little jewelry at all.) It's also not seen often around here, at least I haven't seen it often, but then I don't get out much either.
I'll also wear a single lapel pin when wearing a sport coat. Usually it's my National Eagle Scout Association pin (the NESA logo), but occasionally it's simply the silver Eagle from my award presentation kit.

Re: Jewelry and accessories
Wedding ring, gold watch (black face, analog, hate digital), and a gold ring (onyx with inset gold cross) my wife had made for me as an ordination present. On special occasions (family weddings, baptisms, etc.) I also wear my father's wedding ring (which is a pinky ring for me). I also have a gold pocket watch (a present from my three sisters for my high school graduation), but I rarely wear a waistcoat these days, so it is usually in my jewelry box. And due to the "dog collar," I haven't worn a tie tac for years!

Re: Jewelry and accessories
I wear my wedding band on my left ring finger, and my university class ring on my right ring finger. No wristwatch, ever.
I wear those rings whether kilted or not. The only other items I add will be clothing-specific. Like a tie tack when wearing a tie, or a kilt pin when kilted (though that's usually only a blanket pin and doesn't really count). I never wear a necklace or bracelet.
