Hugh, if she has to dislike it for any reason, that is at least the right one. My wife, on the other hand, loves how she has to work to get her prize!

Perhaps a simple alteration to her approach would help. If she slides her hand in between the pleats at an angle she could move some of that pesky wool away from the target!
That I am. And she's more of a grab-and-dash lady. Pleats are too much work for her. Walks past me in the kitchen and, "whoa!" I still don't see it coming sometimes.

Most times when we get home after going out, I will unlock the door and open it for my wife and as she walks by and whoa got me again and I also don't see it coming even though I kind of expect it.

The wife and I thought we were weird. Good to know we are not the only couple married for more than a few years that still flirt.

Going on 20 years of being married to my lovely wife. We still flirt. She still "warms her hands" now and then--she says that my kilts help keep her hands warm, the poor thing. And she's still giving me advice on my caber technique.

I'm the luckiest man in the world!

Hmm... And the reason why my wife LOVES me in a kilt.... quick n' easy access.

Biblemonkey: maybe you need to tell your wife that she needs to work on her technique. Give her ample opportunity to practice...

I think she is saying that she doesn't like you in that kilt, not kilts in general. Lower yardage or lighter material might solve the problem for her and also give you an excuse for another purchase
