    OK.. just got thrown a curve ball.. Now its at 1800. I guess that they want to wait until all the parades are over. I was also informed that i may be in the wedding now. I'm ready to pull my hair out.

    Its south Mississippi (probably no Kilt Police lurking), you're piping, by 1800 most guests are likely to be a bit tipsy already on St. Patrick's Day...dress for your own comfort - following the sage advice if you choose - or not. Find a place to stash the pipes when you're done with your gig so you can ENJOY the festivities.
