New UTKilt
After posting a thread for advice on utility kilts, and a lot of research, I purchased a deluxe black utility from UTKilts. I placed the order last Sunday, and received it in the mail Friday. Very quick shipping considering the time of year. Trying it on right out of the box it fit very well. Today after the usual holiday traditions, I took it on a small family hike at the local lake. It was super comfortable the whole time, and the pleats held up very well between the walk and the drive. It has good weight to it, and was surprisingly warmer than I thought it would be. I like all the pockets. It's nice having a kilt that I don't feel I need to "dress up", like I do in more traditional styles. Thanks to everyone that submitted advice on my previous thread.
cool pocket for my favorite knife

These pics were taken after the walk. I know the belt isn't wide enough for a kilt, but it was the only one I had with me. It fits well enough that I don't need one, but better safe than sorry.
