    My MacPherson Hunting makes me wanna do the cane dance...



    A most lovely tartan for sure. Lucky to have a wee bit of MacPherson blood lurking in my family tree.

    Hey Matt,

    The kilt looks really short in its overall length. Am I mistaken, or have you made this kilt with a "casual" rise? Or maybe I've got the proportions backward and its made for someone of considerable girth? I'm really curious if it's a big deal to make one of your kilts with a lower rise as in the "casual" kilts etc.

    That kilt is 24.5" long, so actually a bit longer than average. It has a 2" rise, which is standard on most civilian kilts.
