Kelly is a goddess in her own right and IMHO the males here would enjoy more pictures of the goddess of USAKilts showing off of the your products.

Would you wear a brown belt with a Blackwatch kilt or is better to stay with a black belt?

The Black Watch tartan is also clan tartan, so wear black or brown as you want. Unless you are planing to do military re-enactment with it, treat the tartan as a clan tartan. Don't overthink the matchy matchy thing. As an example, all day sporrans of the highland regiments are brown

I don't want to be matchy matcky but I also don't want to look like I dressed in the dark. Would wearing a brown belt and brown sporran with a Blackwatch kilt be acceptable or should go with black?

Unless it's a "formal dress" occasion (think equivalent of a tuxedo or better in Saxon attire) that would be totally acceptable.

But just to mess with your head, so would black.

Personally I tend to have the belt colour tone with what else I am wearing, rather than the kilt colour.
