They're selling custom made jackets. The title of the auction tells you so: SCOTTISH BLACK MONTROSE DOUBLET KILT JACKETt- Sizes 36"- 54" S R L, along with the note in the description giving details.
I don't find anything wrong with the photos since it's custom made. It seems that they're using actual photos of jackets that they've made. I think you're all being a bit quick to condemn them. I imagine that they're showing options you could choose.
What is illegal is that they're using the Folkwear pattern for retail sales.

I don't think they made the jackets in the photos. If they did. why didn't they photograph them in the same setting? And why is there another seller showing SOME of the same phtographs?
I am not concerned ( in this case) with what is "legal" or "illegal". What bothers me is the lack of integrity displayed by a member of that community- the Internet Auction Site community- of which I am a member. Bad behavior drives out good. I also think such seemingly unimportant things as not spelling well too often indicate more trouble to come. NO, one needn't spell "confident" correctly to sew a nice jacket, but if they can't spell their own name, how can I be sure they will send my jacket to the right address?

I disagree, I think the use of stolen images is worse.
The truth is a username may be misspelled INTENTIONALLY, due to a number of reasons including the correct spelling being already used. From the item's description, I don't this this is the case, actually. But, the spelling of a name is not something to be concerned about.
(Look at my real life first name. William. It can also be spelled Willium, Wiliam, or Wilium. Same pronounciation. Same word root. Same Meaning.)

I think this qualifies for the funniest post I've read today. You aren't concerned that the seller is illegally using someone else's design, but are concerned that the seller is using some photos from another seller..... Isn't stealing, stealing?
We can see Folkwear's pattern on his listing so we know something is hinky. But, do you know that they've actually 'stolen' the photos from the other seller? Could both sellers be the same person, just different accounts? Just playing devil's advocate, sorry.
As for taking pictures in different settings. I could take a pic of my current project sitting here in my sewing room under the fluorescents, but it'll look different until natural light up in the living room.
I do agree with one thing though, if a listing is poorly worded and formatted, I probably won't be buying anything from them. I certainly don't think that all sellers will have fantastic computer skills, but those type of listings tend to come from countries that are outside of my internet shopping comfort zone. I would have to scrutinize those sellers hard before I spend my hard-earned $$.
