It's looking really sharp. Is it safe to speak the folks I think may be interested? WHFP?

Yes and yes. Do you need anything for the latter?

I can go to the WHFP Office here in Broadford on Monday, if you like. I thought I could simply sit at one of their pc's and open this thread for them - for the images, etc. - and see what they think in terms of an article for the paper.
I would not presume to write the article in your stead, sir. Perhaps you might write something up about the project which would serve as a starting point for an article for them?
Including the Culloden Tartan seems to make sense as well.

As and when you wish, sir. I thought the idea of the publicity though was to get the word out there before the weave, so you might attract some more people who would be interested in signing up for a meter, or two, or ten. Perhaps, I misunderstood?

John, that would have been preferable but time was a constraint. Once it's out there I have no doubt that a picture will tell a thousand words.

I went down to the Borders today to see the Kingsburgh reconstruction on the loom. The light doesn't do it justice but it still looks fantastic. And so much nicer than the standard trade setting.

The colours of that weave are magnificent!
