Our thoughts are with you. My wife had this surgery as part of her cancer treatment 9 years ago. All turned out fine. Trust in the fine medical folks you have looking after her.
It is a helpless feeling when someone you care for dearly is having any form of surgery. Be there for her. These surgeries can be difficult for women, emotionally as much as physically.

well, that comes from poor judgement."

Almighty God our heavenly Father, graciously comfort your
servant Christine in her suffering, and bless the means made use of
for her cure. Fill her heart with confidence that, though at times
she may be afraid, she yet may put her trust in you; through Jesus
Christ our Lord. Amen

Thank you all. The surgery went well. She is awaiting the final blood tests and well then be released to go home. I've got tomorrow off from work, and the next day as needed. Our daughter who is in college is at home to help as well.
